Tour Booking Terms and Conditions

 

All bookings should be made 45 - 60 Days in advance ( Oct - Feb) though enquiries closer to the time of travel are always welcome! To confirm your position on a tour  25 % of the tour cost must be deposited to our bank account because we have to book accommodation, Transportation, guide, mechanic etc. The balance is payable prior to the tour at our office either in cash or credit card.

• On off road or adventure trips, the locations may be in remote areas or in the wilderness. The events that may occur in these places are less predictable, the unexpected being the norm. Despite painstaking planning, some events cannot be anticipated and there will be some element of risk-taking as we are dealing with natural and other elements. Some places do not have the same quality of emergency, health and safety services that you may be accustomed to, owing to the lack of communications. Off Road travel may be uncomfortable and sometimes unreliable. This means that the itineraries planned should be seen as statements of intent, rather than contractual obligations. Weather, transport difficulties and political instability might dictate that the itineraries be amended. The land agent or the Tour leader will make changes if necessary (tour participants may or may not be consulted) however the Green Earth Adventure will do everything within its control to minimize the effects of the needed changes. The Company cannot however be held responsible. for the results of changes or delays, regardless of how they are caused. Participants are to be physical fit, properly attired and aware of the risk while on adventure trips and activities.
  
  Visiting some of the more remote areas of our countryside may limit some food and accommodations options so please make any concerns known to us when booking so we can answer any questions and make trip amendments if necessary.

• All activities and itineraries are subject to change due to local weather and road conditions.  In this event we will endeavor to amend the program as necessary with the intention of providing the best experience possible under the conditions at hand.

• It is advised that all clients carry suitable travel insurance (in addition to ours)

• All tour participants must follow the guide’s instruction with regards to safety, respect of local tribes people, and the environment.
